The rooms were beautifully designed and good sized, had dryers, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap. I️ had a great view overlooking the plaza.

It is amazing place to stay, the food is appetising, and location is incredible in the centre of Queretaro. The rooms are fairly quiet and fabulous with comfy bed, bottled water plus a balcony and the staff are kind. The decoration is amazing. The service is nice, includes private parking. Thank you for a really great stay.

We had a great time staying in the hotel. Cleanliness was impressive and facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the convenient location, close to many nice restaurants, giving us great transportation options. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. The colonial style old house that the hotel is housed in is absolutely stunning. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, with a huge shower. The entrance lobby was also very nice and welcoming. The hotel staff, particularly Maria at the front desk, was very accommodating and friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.

During Thanksgiving, we had a great stay in a hotel that pleasantly surprised us on arrival. The colonial-style old house was impressive, and we enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room. What we liked best was the rain shower which was extremely relaxing. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary WiFi and were able to use it without any issues.

Although our stay was generally enjoyable, we were disappointed by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff we encountered during our time at the hotel. The person at the front desk was unprofessional and unapproachable when we had questions or concerns.

I had such a great time staying here! The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. I was able to walk everywhere and visit some incredible sights and restaurants. The service was fantastic, especially the housekeeping staff. They kept my room clean and tidy every day. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance that was provided, making it easy for me to plan out my days. The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like heating and air conditioning, and a balcony. I particularly liked the in-room safe and the free toiletries.

This place is definitely recommended for families.
